| | The decorative surface of stone aluminum honeycomb plate is sprayed or roller coated, and the coating is polyester or fluorocarbon paint. The outer wall panel is preferably sprayed, and it is required to be sprayed more than three times, and the paint thickness is ≥ 40 μ m。 This ensures the durability of the coating. The stone aluminum honeycomb panel needs to undergo strict surface anodizing treatment before painting to ensure sufficient coating adhesion and bonding strength with the honeycomb core. The panel coating shall meet the requirements of national specification ys/t429.2-2000.
Aluminum back plate: the stone aluminum honeycomb plate shall be made of the same material as the panel, and the surface shall be anodized. The side exposed to the air shall be coated with protective coating. The coating material can be polyester, epoxy resin, acrylic acid and other materials to prevent the corrosion of aluminum plate caused by long-term exposure to the air.
Aluminum honeycomb core: aluminum honeycomb core material is processed and manufactured with aluminum foil and special honeycomb node adhesive on the aluminum honeycomb core production line. The factors that affect the performance of honeycomb core mainly include aluminum foil, nodal adhesive, honeycomb core specification and other parameters.
Aluminum foil: 3003 grade aluminum foil is selected, and strict surface treatment is carried out during processing. In products requiring high strength or durability, honeycomb cores made of 1100 pure aluminum foil should be used with caution.
Joint adhesive: epoxy modified high-temperature curing adhesive shall be selected as the joint adhesive, which can not only provide sufficient bonding strength, but also have excellent environmental resistance and high and low temperature resistance. Generally, due to the low strength of the adhesive, it is easy to degumm the honeycomb core, resulting in overall damage and instability.
