1. Lifting lug type: the installation method is to separate the lifting lug from the honeycomb plate. After the lifting lug is treated separately, the adhesive part is connected with the honeycomb plate, and the appropriate width of the adhesive part is ≥ 12mm. The installation method makes the processing simple and the installation convenient. 2. Flanging type: the installation method is processing aluminum honeycomb plate, i.e. processing installation flange. The installation only needs to be connected with the keel and glue. The width of glue joint should be about 10mm. This method is simple to install, but the process is a little complicated, which is not suitable for modeling of curtain wall panels. 3. Buckle type: the node is aluminum buckle, which is convenient for installation after deducting specific configuration files. However, this method requires high processing accuracy of metal plates and is not recommended for plates with a length of more than 3000 mm. Specific construction steps of stone honeycomb plate such as buckle width, 20 mm and 40 mm plate stitching: 1 the stone louver shall be perpendicular to the keel positioning and release line.
